The company reserves the right to deny Premium membership activation, suspend accounts, or refuse services if the payment originates from a wallet address that is flagged as high-risk, associated with sanctioned entities, or otherwise deemed non-compliant with applicable laws and regulations. In such cases, the payment will not be refunded, and access to Premium services will not be granted. Premium users can verify their profiles with two webcam selfies: one neutral photo and one with a facial expression (mimic). Both verified photos will be included in their profile and are permanent. Users must ensure their uploaded photos consistently match the verified photos to avoid account deletion.

Premium users enjoy unlimited likes and messages daily. If they verify their profile, they can choose to receive match requests only from other verified users.
6. Affiliate Program and Rewards
6.1 Eligibility
Verified users may participate in the affiliate program and earn rewards in USDC when the users they refer both purchase a Premium membership and complete profile verification.
6.2 Participation and Terms Acceptance
By providing a wallet address and activating the affiliate program, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program terms. Your continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
6.3 Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges on affiliate rewards earned through this program in your jurisdiction. The company does not withhold taxes and provides no tax advice or reporting to users or tax authorities regarding affiliate payments.
6.4 Compliance and Jurisdictional Restrictions

Affiliate rewards are calculated monthly. Payouts are processed manually by the administrator and will be made no earlier than the 2nd day of each calendar month.
