2.3 Communication Data
Conversations between users are private. In case of violations, only administrators or our automated systems can review past messages to detect abuse. Users themselves cannot report messages after the other party deletes their account.
2.4 Payment Information
We do not collect or store your payment information. All Premium Plan purchases are made using cUSD (Celo Dollar). Users are responsible for acquiring cUSD coins from third-party providers, who may require KYC verification in accordance with their policies.
2.5 Photos
Users can upload photos to their profile. Ordinary photos you upload are considered personal data, as they may identify you. These photos are visible according to your profile settings. Verified photos (neutral and mimic expressions) are a special subset used for identity verification and are displayed publicly on your profile.
Retention periods: Both ordinary and verified photos are hidden immediately after self-deletion
Non-abusive accounts: retained for 1–3 years after account deletion to prevent re-verification fraud
Abusive accounts (fraud, spam, TOS violations): 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated)
2.6 Email Address
Your email address is kept private and is not visible to other users. It may be retained for up to 6 months after self-deletion to allow review of suspicious activity or for longer if your account was deleted for abuse.
2.7 Log Data
We automatically collect certain technical data, such as IP addresses and system logs, to ensure platform security and detect fraudulent activity. In case of abusive accounts, logs may be retained 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated).
