The profile name / artistic name and About Me description are displayed publicly on your profile. The real name(s), nickname(s), and surname(s) are kept private and are only visible in search results if another user searches for them. You can adjust your settings to prevent these from being visible in search results.
2.3 Communication Data
Conversations between users are private. In case of violations, only administrators or our automated systems can review past messages to detect abuse. Users themselves cannot report messages after the other party deletes their account.
2.4 Payment & Payout Information
We do not collect or store credit card numbers for purchases. All Premium Plan purchases are made using cUSD (Celo Dollar). Users are responsible for acquiring cUSD coins from third-party providers, who may require KYC verification in accordance with their policies.
For affiliate earnings and payouts, identity verification (ID Verification) is conducted via our trusted partner, Didit, to satisfy statutory legal, tax, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
2.5 Photos
Users can upload photos to their profile. Ordinary photos you upload are considered personal data, as they may identify you. These photos are visible according to your profile settings. Verified photos (neutral and mimic expressions) are a special subset used for identity verification and are displayed publicly on your profile.
Retention periods: Both ordinary and verified photos are hidden immediately after self-deletion
Non-abusive accounts: retained for 1–3 years after account deletion to prevent re-verification fraud
Abusive accounts (fraud, spam, TOS violations): 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated)
2.6 Email Address
Your email address is kept private and is not visible to other users. It may be retained for up to 6 months after self-deletion to allow review of suspicious activity or for longer if your account was deleted for abuse.
2.7 Log Data
We automatically collect certain technical data, such as IP addresses and system logs, to ensure platform security and detect fraudulent activity. In case of abusive accounts, logs may be retained 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated).
3. Use of Information
3.1 Account Management
We use your information to create and manage your account, provide services, and communicate with you.
3.2 Communication Monitoring
We review reported comments or detected abusive behavior to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and maintain a safe environment for all users. Only administrators or automated systems can review messages after an account deletion.
3.3 Search Functionality
Your name(s), nickname(s), and surname(s) may be visible in search results if another user searches for them, depending on your privacy settings.
3.4 Platform Verification
Verified photos are used to confirm facial identity and are displayed publicly on your profile.
3.5 ID Verification (by Didit)
To process affiliate payouts and comply with legal, tax, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, identity verification is managed through our partner, Didit. ID verification data and associated records are kept securely encrypted in our database and are used solely to fulfill regulatory compliance requirements.
3.6 Service Improvement and Security
We use collected data, including IP addresses and logs, to protect our platform and users from fraud or unauthorized activities. This also helps us analyze service performance and improve our service continuously.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. ID verification records are stored using strong encryption standards. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, and ensure community safety. Retention periods depend on data type and deletion scenario.
Profile info (profile name / artistic name, name(s), nickname(s), surname(s), About Me, email): Hidden immediately after deletion
User deletion: retained ≤6 months, then anonymized or purged
Admin deletion: 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated)
Photos (ordinary + verified): Hidden immediately after deletion
Retained for 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated) after account deletion to prevent re-verification fraud.
Conversations / messages: Hidden immediately after deletion
User deletion: retained ≤6 months in backend for admin/automated review → then purged
Admin deletion: retained 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated)
Earnings / payments / invoices / ID verification (for payouts): Retained for 7–10 years to comply with statutory financial, tax, and legal obligations. Due to audit requirements, ID verification details attached to tax/payout records cannot be pseudonymized or erased upon account deletion prior to the expiry of the statutory retention period.
Logs / audit trails (IP addresses, system logs):
Non-abusive accounts: 1–3 years
Abusive accounts (fraud, spam, TOS violations): 1–3 years (or until risk eliminated)
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also request to restrict or object to processing. Please note that certain legal or statutory obligations (such as retained financial and ID verification data for payouts) may supersede account deletion requests until statutory retention limits expire.
